1. Permission to Publish: You grant an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your submitted testimony in its entirety or in part, in all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, specifically for the purpose of including it in the book titled "Moments with God - Testimonies and Answered Prayers". This includes, but is not limited to, print, digital, and audio formats.

2. No Monetary Compensation or Rights: You understand and agree that by submitting your testimony, you are doing so voluntarily and will not receive any monetary compensation, royalties, or any other financial benefit whatsoever from the publication, distribution, or sale of the book or any related materials. You explicitly waive any and all rights to proceeds, intellectual property claims, or other financial claims arising from the use of your testimony.

3. Charitable Proceeds: You acknowledge and agree that all net proceeds generated from the sale of the book will be donated to Christian Relief Fund, a registered non-profit organization.

4. Editing and Anonymity: You understand that your testimony will not be edited and will be shared exactly how submitted, including a display of handwriting should you choose to send in a handwritten submission. We may also, at our discretion, choose to publish your testimony anonymously or using only your first name and general location to protect your privacy, unless you explicitly state otherwise.

By submitting your testimony, you confirm that you are the original author of the content, that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the full right and authority to grant these permissions.
